A. Ideally, we like to have a 15x15 area, but can work within a 10x10 space
A. Yes, and we can supply our own power as long as we can keep our van nearby. Weather can affect things when outdoors though. If it is too windy, the greenscreen background could fall down unless we are under a tent with sidewalls. And if sun is directly on the setup, it is harder to edit the photos properly.
A. We always prepare for the worst case scenario. For every event, we prepare and send 2 computers, 2 cameras, extra lights, 2 printers and 3 ipads. What we can’t control is the internet connection, however, we can always send the texts/emails after the event when we can reconnect to the internet.
A. We can handle up to 4 events at one time. That being said, we do need time to prepare graphics, staff and equipment. We can handle last minute events with a few days notice, but prefer at least a few months lead time. Most contracts are sent in about a year and half out.
A. Yes! Many times we design graphics for the foreground, like a photo border and just use the background of the event or a pre-designed decoration. This works very well with celebrity, Santa and Easter Bunny photos.
A. Absolutely! We can add any graphics or texts to the photos.
A. After the photo has been taken and edited, guests will immediately be able to print and/or email/text the photo. If they print, the photo will be ready in 20 seconds. If email. text, the photo should arrive within a few minutes depending on internet connection.
A. Yes! After the event, we will give you a USB Flash Drive of every photo for you to do whatever you want with the,. We will not post or share your photos anywhere.
A. No limits! If a particular guest seems to be over using the photo station, we may ask for them to take a little break to give others a chance, but they are welcome to come back.
A. As many that can fit in front of the greenscreen or photo area!
