WHAT MAKES OUR PHOTO STATIONS SO DIFFERENT?
It is important to understand the difference from a “photo booth” and a “photo station.” A “photo station” is when an actual photographer is helping your guests set up for a photograph and the image can be properly edited to make it look as best as it can be. A photo booth is exactly what you imagine it is: a computer, sometimes in an actual booth or sometimes open air, that lets the guest take their own photo.
Our Photo Stations are designed to be fast, interactive and flexible. Our system is streamlined to handle large crowds so people aren’t standing in line for a long time. Guests choose their backgrounds, if it is a greenscreen event, then pose and move to our iPad kiosks where they can see their image to print or email or text their image, all of which happen instantaneously.
Because we use a live photographer, we can adjust our camera position easily. If guests want to jump in the photo, we can accommodate this. And if it is a large group, we can step back to work with the group. We don’t need props to make our photos fun and interactive (although some hosts provide them), we just need fun, creative people!
At the end of the event, we provide you (the host) with a USB Flash Drive with every image for you to use however you want. You own the photos!

HOW WE HELP YOUR EVENT SUCCEED
So much work and planning goes into every event that you want it to go perfect! Yet, everyone knows that “Murphy’s Law” can happen even at the perfectly planned events. From our side, we want our clients to know they don’t have to stress about our set up. We prepare for technology to go wrong, as much as we can. We have back up everything! We always prepare two laptops for the event. If one goes down, we just need a few minutes to set up the other one. We bring 2 cameras, 2 lights, 2 printers and 3 ipads. This all to be prepared for Murphy! What we can’t control is internet signal, but even then, we are prepared! Our system puts all of the photos in a que and they will be sent out after the event once we are back in wifi. We have been doing photo stations for over 14 years and have seen all of the possible issues. We come prepared for them all! Show less
